COURSE OVERVIEW
This 30 hr Yin teacher training course will be run by Suzie Kellett over 3000 hrs of yoga teacher training studied and taught by two of the best Yin teachers in the world of yoga today Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.
Yin yoga incorporates floor-based postures as the doorway to a humbling, yet supportive journey toward deep physical release, mental relaxation, and restoration of our energetic pathways.
The incorporation of mindfulness meditation practices into yin yoga postures is a power surge combination that will cultivate calm, support surrender, and increase clarity in your overall being.
This course will provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to safely and intelligently sequence, teach and practice yin yoga and mindfulness techniques to promote balance and calm, as well as support and nourish the nervous and immune systems.
A nurturing practice that creates the necessary space needed to explore mindfulness meditation practices along the path of self-inquiry and meditative awareness. The most effective way to teach anything is through deep personal immersion to experience these ancient teachings and methods. Expect to be immersed throughout the teacher training to experience all the meridian organ sequences for yourself.

Please note:
This course is for accredited RYT-200 yoga teachers as well yoga students who wish to deepen their understanding and practice of Yin Yoga. However, only RYT-200 certified yoga teachers can gain the certification to teach.

1. ‘Insight Yoga’ by Sarah Powers (this book is required reading and you will need to bring a copy with you to the course)
